Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow analysis, planning, scheduling and assignment of work to technicians.
• Oversee labor management and personnel development.
• Maintain customer relationships, ensure uptime and issue resolutions.
• Ensure 65 standards across shop areas and perform quality inspections.
• Control costs while meeting safety and quality targets.
• Maintain documentation for compliance and reporting.
