Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1-3 years of maintenance operations experience may substitute.
• Maintenance and Technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: analyze, plan and assign work to technicians; monitor productivity and schedule shifts.
• Labor Management: train and develop personnel; manage performance.
• Customer Management: maintain customer relationships, ensure vehicle uptime and satisfaction.
• Asset Management: maintain location appearance and tooling; manage vehicle specifications.
• Quality Management: ensure inspections, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Financial Management: manage cost, payroll, POs, invoicing and data in shop systems.
