• Strong vehicle diagnostics/repair knowledge preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: planning, scheduling, work assignment and RO review.
• Labor management: training and performance management of personnel.
• Customer management: maintain customer relationships and vehicle uptime; communications per PM scheduling.
