Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: plan, schedule, assign work to technicians, track productivity, lead shift meetings, review RO.
• Labor Management: train and develop personnel; performance management of staff.
• Customer Management: maintain customer relationships, ensure vehicle uptime, communicate PM scheduling and status updates.
• Asset Management: oversee location appearance, tooling, and inventory, ensure vehicle specs and SAM compliance.
• Quality Management: perform inspections, root cause analysis, drive corrective actions and audits.
