Qualifications

• Maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: analyze, plan and schedule work and assign to technicians.
• Labor management: provide training and development for personnel.
• Customer management: manage customer relationships and issue resolutions.
• Asset management: maintain shop appearance and equipment; ensure 65 standards.
• Quality management: perform inspections and root cause analysis; drive improvements.
• Financial management: help meet maintenance cost targets and manage budgets.
