Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3+ years in a maintenance operations environment may substitute.
• Maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management including planning, scheduling and RO review.
• Labor management including training and performance management of personnel.
• Customer management including issue resolution and vehicle uptime.
• Asset management including shop equipment and parts inventory control.
• Quality management including inspections, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Financial management including cost controls, payroll approvals, and invoicing reconciliation.
• Compliance with safety and EPA regulations and documentation.
