Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Improve customer communications and meet expectations.
• Interface with customers, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage PM scheduling, repairs, and vehicle status updates.
• Coordinate with rental, vendors, and parts inventory.
• Process accounts payable and create repair orders for technicians.
• Perform clerical duties and maintain maintenance files.
