Job summary

Ryder in Kapolei, HI seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to support shop management through timely customer communications, scheduling, inventory ordering and stocking, repair follow-up and maintenance file management. The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with technicians and rental staff to schedule repairs, track maintenance, and manage parts inventory

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service with issue resolution experience.
• Strong communication and writing skills are required.
• Organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Improve the quality and consistency of customer communications and meet customer expectations.
• Handle customer interface, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Execute customer communication for PM scheduling, follow up, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates.
• Coordinate with rental counter to identify repair requirements and substitutes.
• Contribute to inventory planning, parts ordering, stocking, and invoicing.
