Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Las Vegas, NV to support shop management through timely customer communications, scheduling, inventory ordering, stocking, repair follow-up and maintenance file management. The role offers the shop in Las Vegas with a Monday–Friday schedule and hours from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, onsite at the shop.

You will interact with customers, coordinate with the rental counter, manage parts, and handle clerical duties to keep the shop running smoothly.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required.
• 1 year or more in customer service or comparable experience with issues resolution, Required.
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing software Advanced, Required.

Responsibilities

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Improve customer communications and satisfaction; manage follow-ups and CSI.
• WORK FLOW MANAGEMENT: Schedule repairs, update planning sheets, coordinate with rental counter.
• PARTS MANAGEMENT: Inventory planning, ordering, stocking, and warranty handling.
• ADMINISTRATIVE: Answer shop calls, process accounts payable, create repair orders.
