Qualifications

• HS diploma/ GED required.
• 1 year+ in customer service with issues resolution.
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer communications to meet expectations and drive CSI scores.
• Manage shop workflow: scheduling, repair orders, preventative maintenance, and follow-up.
• Handle parts inventory planning, ordering, and warehouse organization.
• Process shop administrative tasks and AP responsibilities.
