Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced team and drive daily operations. You will recruit, train, and supervise crew members, manage schedules and payroll, control inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in people management is beneficial but not required.
• Paid training provided on the Take 5 processes.
• Industry experience in retail, service, or automotive sectors is valued.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new crew members.
• Create crew schedules and submit payroll.
• Control inventory including End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY).
• Place product orders and restock inventory as necessary.
• Understand the shop’s financials to drive results and manage budgets.
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations.
• Support crew with oil changes and other auto services.
• Provide excellent customer service.
