Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations, coach a growing team, and uphold Take 5 standards in a busy service environment. You’ll mentor staff, drive performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

No experience is strictly required—PAID TRAINING is provided, with a clear path to Assistant Manager or Manager‑in‑Training. Earn up to a strong base plus bonus as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• PAID TRAINING on Take 5 procedures will be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced shop.
• Flexible hours and up to 55 hours per week occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Managing inventory and conducting EOP/EOY inventory checks.
• Understanding shop financials to drive results and manage budgets.
• Supervising oil changes and other auto services and ensuring quality.
• Providing excellent customer service and team leadership.
