Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Shop Managers to lead a growing team in a fast-paced oil change shop. You will showcase leadership skills, manage day-to-day operations, and drive service quality while promoting a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Managing inventory: End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY).
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed.
• Understanding shop financials to drive results within budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew with oil changes and other auto services.
• Performing oil changes, oil filter changes, and related tasks.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
