Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations and teams. PAID TRAINING is provided to learn the Take 5 way, with opportunities to promote from within and manage oil changes, customer service, and light maintenance tasks.

Earn up to $55k+ per year with base pay and bonus opportunities; benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k) match, and paid time off for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver and work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week.
• No prior management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules & submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory: End of Period and End of Year inventory.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget use.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew members with duties such as changing oil and performing other auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service
