Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead daily operations, train and motivate the team, and ensure high-quality oil changes and services. A paid training program will onboard you into the Take 5 workflow, with rapid growth opportunities. In this full-time role, you’ll oversee scheduling, inventory, and customer service while driving shop performance.

Experience is valued but not required. The company highlights internal promotion paths and a focus on safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Managing inventory and conducting end-of-period/year counts.
• Placing product orders and restocking as needed.
• Understanding shop financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew with oil changes and other auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
