Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is looking for a Shop Manager to lead a busy oil change location. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and hands-on supervision of daily shop operations. PAID training is provided, and growth paths from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training are available.

Experience is valued but not required, with opportunities to earn an annual salary up to $55k+ plus bonus opportunities. The team offers health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO for full-time staff, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Experience in management is valued but not required.
• Able to lead a team and manage daily shop operations.
• Willing to recruit, interview, onboard and train new crew.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members
• Creating crew schedules & submit payroll
• Controlling inventory: End of Period and End of Year inventory
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and manage budget
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
• Support crew with oil changes and other auto services
