Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a team and deliver fast, friendly oil changes. You will oversee daily shop operations, guide a growing crew, and ensure top-notch customer service. This role offers paid training and a clear path from assistant to manager-in-training, with opportunities across multiple locations.

Experienced managers can earn up to $55k+ per year with base pay and bonuses. No prior management experience is required for entry-level applicants who show leadership

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Paid training provided on the Take 5 way.
• Ability to recruit and train crew.
• Ability to manage inventory and scheduling.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Willing to work up to 55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory through End of Period and End of Year checks.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed.
• Understanding shop financials to drive results and budget use.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew with oil changes and other auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
