Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a busy service location. This role focuses on people management, training, scheduling, and maintaining shop standards while delivering excellent customer service.

We offer paid training, a defined growth path from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training, and a path to advance with our nationwide network. Earn up to $55k+ per year with base plus bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules & submit payroll.
• Controlling inventory: End of Period and End of Year inventories.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and manage budget.
