Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Manager in Training to learn the WOW Operating Way and become proficient in CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator duties. You will complete role-based certifications and participate in the onboarding program to build a strong foundation for future leadership within a premier collision and glass services team.

The position emphasizes hands-on learning, customer focus, and performance in a fast-paced shop environment across multiple roles with growth

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• College or military background preferred.
• Automotive technician training is preferred.
• Completed courses in repair procedures are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Learn Gerber WOW processes and perform duties across CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator roles.
• Achieve role-based certifications while supporting shop operations.
• Complete onboarding and demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures.
• Support customers and strive to deliver exceptional service.
