Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Illinois is seeking a Manager in Training to learn the WOW Operating Way and master shop processes across CSR, Parts, and Estimator roles, with a strong focus on exceptional customer experiences.

The program includes completing role-based certifications, hands-on mentoring, and a structured onboarding path to prepare you for leadership in a high-volume collision and glass repair environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• College or Military background is preferred.
• Automotive technical education training is preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures are listed as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take the CSR Role Based Certification and perform the duties of a CSR for several weeks to gain knowledge.
• Take the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform the duties of a Parts Coordinator for several weeks to gain knowledge.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and perform the duties of an Estimator for several months to gain knowledge.
• Must successfully complete the RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.

Education

High School Diploma/GED
