Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Salem, OR seeks Managers in Training to learn processes and responsibilities across WOW roles while delivering exceptional customer service and aiming to be the best in collision and glass services.

The program covers CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator roles, RBC completion, and a comprehensive onboarding. A High School diploma is required; college or military background is preferred. This is a structured training path with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must complete RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop.
• Take the CSR Role Based Certification and perform duties for several weeks to ensure knowledge of the CSR role.
• Take the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform duties for several weeks to ensure knowledge of the Parts Coordinator role.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and perform duties for several months to ensure knowledge of the Estimator role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Complete GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of WOW.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

College or Military background preferred

Automotive technical education training preferred
