Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks Managers in Training to learn the WOW process and become proficient in multiple roles within the shop. You will progress through CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator certifications while supporting WOW execution and customer excellence.

The program emphasizes completing required certifications and onboarding to ensure readiness for advanced responsibilities in a fast-paced collision and glass service environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• College or Military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan in the shop.
• Complete CSR Role Based Certification to perform CSR duties.
• Complete Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification to perform parts duties.
• Complete Estimator Role Based Certification to perform estimator duties.
• Finish RBCs for each position and complete GM Onboarding program.
