Gerber Collision & Glass in Indiana seeks a Manager in Training to learn all shop roles and excel in the WOW process, delivering top customer service and performance. You will complete role-based certifications for CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator, and finish the onboarding program with a strong understanding of the WOW Operating Way.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for college or military background and automotive training; eligibility for related repair

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; college or military background preferred.
Automotive technical education training is preferred.
Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
Take and complete CSR Role Based Certification, perform CSR duties for weeks.
Take Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification, perform Parts Coordinator duties for weeks.
Take Estimator Role Based Certification, perform Estimator duties for months.
Must complete RBC for each shop position.
Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate WOW knowledge.
