Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Managers in Training to become experts in our WOW process and to rotate through key roles within the shop. You will complete role-based certifications, learn the responsibilities of CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator, and strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The program includes onboarding, hands-on training, and opportunities for career growth within our collision and glass services.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• College or Military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take the CSR Role Based Certification and perform CSR duties for several weeks.
• Take Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform duties for several weeks.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and perform duties for several months.
• Must complete RBC for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.
