AdvanSix is hiring a First Line Supervisor to guide hourly staff and ensure we meet production targets across assigned areas. You will supervise team members, implement standard work, and uphold safety and quality standards in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in manufacturing, industrial, and/or chemical plant environment preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct hourly employees to meet tasks and targets.
• Plan procedures and budgets per bargaining agreement.
• Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
• Manage safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost metrics.
• Conduct training and performance appraisals for team members.
• Establish and enforce standardized work and 5S practices.
