Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and sales experience required.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business practices.
• Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team and adjusting the shop floor to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences and product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on brand values and ethical practices in-store and in community events.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and sales.
