Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team at Friendly Center. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

The Floor Leader will mentor Sales Ambassadors, lead training sessions, ensure operational excellence, and promote Lush brand values, skincare passion, and ethical business practices while preserving a positive, energetic store culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day customer service issues.
• A fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilités

• Driving Sales: coach the sales team using store metrics and adjust shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service and product demonstrations on the shop floor.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices.
• Product Passion: grow product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
