Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader in Burlington, MA to support the Store Management Team across all business areas. You will drive sales, supervise a team of Sales Ambassadors, and ensure an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and sales experience required.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience including coaching, feedback and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and analyze store results with coaching and feedback.
• Lead and train Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and sales.
