You will answer calls, process paperwork, assist the Operations Manager, and help with scheduling and data entry. This day-shift role offers a pay range of $23.50–$25.00 per hour, Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, employer HSA contributions, life and LT disability insurance, a 401(k) match after one year, and PTO from day

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Answer and route incoming phone calls; take and relay messages accurately
• Prepare and maintain accident paperwork and records
• Assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks
• Keep accurate monthly and quarterly fuel reports
• Receive and issue purchase orders
• Maintain confidential files and paperwork tracking
• Track compliance documentation for mobile truck locations
• Support the parts department as needed
• Collect customer information regarding repair needs
• Assign and schedule service work orders
• Communicate professionally with customers in person and by phone
• Process weekly and monthly invoices
• Prepare weekly payroll spreadsheets
