• Maintain monthly and quarterly fuel reports.
• Receive and issue purchase orders; maintain confidential files.
• Track compliance documentation for mobile truck locations.
• Support the parts department as needed.
• Process weekly and monthly invoices; prepare payroll spreadsheets.
• Schedule service work orders and communicate with customers.
