Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, seeks a Shop Clerk to provide accurate clerical support, handle customer transactions, and maintain quality service standards. You will process billing, manage files, and assist the Shop Manager with daily tasks in a fast-paced automotive logistics environment.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, the role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to company policies. Prior experience and auction knowledge are valued as you contribute to efficient vehicle processing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in clerical/customer service field.
• Auction knowledge and experience preferred.
• Computer skills required to process customer billing and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers and greet every visitor.
• Perform general clerical duties, maintain files, generate reports, and support supervisor.
• Post transactions to vehicle accounts using V-Trace and process billing.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with other departments as needed.
