The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and brand loyalty as you lead by example. You will mentor associates, manage daily tasks, and ensure the store delivers consistent, top-notch experiences.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required and familiarity with retail operations.
• Strong customer service and sales acumen with a proactive approach.
• Experience mentoring teams and driving store performance is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coach others to achieve goals.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
