Famous Footwear is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Lead to create a welcoming in-store culture and exceptional customer experiences. You’ll drive sales, mentor teammates, and ensure smooth store operations from opening to closing while staying current on fashion trends and brand knowledge.

As a leader, you will be responsible for coaching selling behaviors, upholding company policies, and embodying the Famous culture to motivate the team and deliver the Famous Feeling to every customer.

Formación

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong retail knowledge and customer service focus.
• Experience mentoring and training Associates on selling and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire team and foster a culture of caring and camaraderie.
• Drive daily sales with accountability and a customer-first mindset.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, pricing, inventory and merchandising.
