Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to create a welcoming in-store experience and lead the team to deliver the Famous Feeling. You’ll coach selling behaviors, drive sales, and manage daily operations to keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.

You’ll inspire a culture of caring, inclusivity, and customer-focused service while mentoring teammates for continuous improvement. This role emphasizes ownership of customer connections, brand presentation, and collaboration with leadership

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Store management experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operations.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

• Drive sales and own goals for Famous Footwear’s performance.
• Manage store operations: opening/closing, pricing, inventory, cleanliness.
