Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to drive the in-store experience and exceed sales goals. You will mentor teammates, maintain store operations, and champion our customer connection. Qualifications

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal.
• Mentors and trains Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire that Famous Feeling by coaching selling behaviors and customer connection.
• Drive sales with accountability to goals and store performance.
• Oversee store operations from pricing to inventory and upkeep of a clean, organized environment.
• Ensure policy adherence and use available resources to complete tasks.
