Caleres’ Famous Footwear brand is hiring a Sales Lead who is passionate about delivering the best shoe store experience. You’ll create a welcoming in-store culture, champion customer connection, and help customers find the perfect fit while embodying the Famous Feeling.

As a Sales Lead, you’ll inspire teammates, own store operations, manage pricing and inventory, open and close the store, and coach others to deliver top-notch service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail leadership or store management.
• Proven ability to motivate a team and deliver results.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage pricing, inventory, and store operations.
• Willingness to work holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
