Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead who will foster a welcoming store environment and drive a culture of caring and camaraderie. You’ll coach selling behaviors to enhance customer connections and deliver the Famous Feeling with every interaction.

You’ll own daily operations, meet sales goals, and mentor teammates while maintaining a clean, well-organized space where customers can easily find the right styles and brands. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork and exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal.
• Manages multiple tasks and communicates direction set by the store manager.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule and meet availability requirements of the role. Includes holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Has basic computer skills.
