Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead in the United States to champion a welcoming in-store culture and drive the Famous Feeling for every customer. You will manage day-to-day store operations, coach teammates, and.ensure outstanding customer connections while promoting trends and footwear brands customers crave.

You will lead by example, mentor associates, and work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends, all while maintaining inventory integrity and store presentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail management or supervisory experience desirable.
• Ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operations.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire a culture of caring and camaraderie to deliver the Famous Footwear experience.
• Drive sales and store performance with accountability to goals.
• Own store operations: pricing, inventory, opening/closing, cleanliness, and visual standards.
• Coach and mentor associates to improve selling behaviors and customer connections.
