Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will optimize daily store operations, assist customers with product selection, and contribute to a positive in-store culture that reflects our Famous Brand.

You’ll partner with management to meet sales goals and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You’ll engage with customers, stay informed on trends, and help teammates through training and development when needed, all while upholding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion with the Store Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in.
• Deliver stellar customer engagement and drive the Famous Culture.
• Review store performance and contribute to sales with clear communication.
