Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate who loves shoes and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will create welcoming experiences, stock and price merchandise, and help customers find the perfect fit while upholding store standards.

You will engage customers, share trend insights, and contribute to a positive team culture. This role emphasizes teamwork, training, and delivering the Famous Feeling to every guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Effective communication with store associates at all levels.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory).
