Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to create an engaging in-store experience and promote brand loyalty. You will help customers with fashion choices, stay informed on trends, and contribute to a welcoming store culture that motivates shoppers to say, “I’ll take it.”

You will support daily operations, stock, pricing and inventory accuracy while collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and deliver the Famous Feeling to every guest who walks in.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store personnel.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
