Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering great customer experiences. You will help run daily store tasks, assist customers in finding the perfect fit, and contribute to a welcoming in-store culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store teammates.
• Clear, positive communication with coworkers at all levels.
• Demonstrates independent judgment when needed with Store Sales Manager.
• Solid working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities
