Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to provide a welcoming store experience and help customers find the perfect shoes. You’ll maintain pricing, process shipments, and uphold store standards while delivering great service.

You’ll engage customers, share product knowledge, and support team goals with integrity. The role includes a flexible schedule, training opportunities, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to build relationships with store staff.
• Positive communication with associates at all levels.
• Exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team and flex schedule including holidays.

Responsabilités

• Maintain daily store operations including pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and drive sales with enthusiasm.
• Communicate clearly with the team to meet store goals and service standards.
• Uphold store policies and act with integrity in all interactions.
