Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail store leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operations.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve goals with accountability for results.
• Oversee store operations including pricing, inventory, opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and make all famous styles easily shoppable.
