Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service and retail knowledge are expected.
• Experience leading a team or supervising store operations is preferred.
• Ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Comfort with multitasking and managing multiple priorities in a store environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills for store systems and selling processes.

Responsibilities
