Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging in-store experience, lead the team with integrity, and drive sales with a customer-first approach. You will manage store operations, coaching, and collaboration to deliver the Famous Feeling to every guest.

You will mentor Associates, handle responsibilities across pricing, inventory, and store readiness, and uphold company policies while promoting diversity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
