Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead who will create a welcoming in-store environment and drive the Famous Feeling for every customer. You will coach associates, manage daily operations, and ensure top-notch service across all brands.

You’ll lead by example, balance sales goals with customer-centric service, and mentor teammates to deliver engaging shopping experiences. This role emphasizes teamwork and a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• General retail knowledge and practices.
• Experience in store supervision or management is a plus.
• Ability to guide and develop Associates on selling and operations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
