Famous Footwear is hiring a Sales Associate to create an outstanding shoe-store experience and to help customers find their perfect fit. You will engage with customers, maintain a welcoming store, and stay informed about trends to share knowledge and drive loyalty.

The role emphasizes teamwork, in-store training, and the Famous Feeling—assisting customers with style advice while upholding store standards and procedures.

Formación

• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships within store.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
• Knowledge of retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be mobile on the sales floor.

Responsabilidades

• Ace Retail Operations: manage daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, inventory).
