Job summary

Famous Footwear seeks a Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering great customer experiences. You will drive in-store engagement, keep the floor organized, and help customers find perfect fits. You’ll work with a diverse team, share product knowledge, and embody our famous culture in every interaction.

You’ll participate in daily operations, support inventory and pricing, and contribute to achieving sales goals while upholding company policies and a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store organized and easily shoppable.
