Famous Footwear is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding store experience for every customer. You’ll be a team player who loves shoes, champions our culture, and helps customers find the perfect fit with enthusiasm.

In this role, you’ll handle daily store tasks, engage customers with energy, and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment. The job offers room to grow and learn across our brands and stores.

Competenze

• Must be able to build constructive relationships within store.
• Excellent positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
